“Purchasing virtual goods or currency for Zynga games can be accomplished in-game through one of two methods.
Direct purchase through Zynga using your credit card or a PayPal account linked to your checking account.
Alternate Payments through the completion of a reward offer or by utilizing a non-Zynga payment option such as: Pay By Mobile, Boku, Spare Change, Zong etc.

I can’t purchase, I keep getting a “tried to many times” message.
The “Tried to many times” message appears when a user has been assigned a temporary Purchase Hold.
This Purchase Hold is automatically applied by our payment processing system if you have had a previous purchase attempt that was declined or if you have exceeded the number of times that you can make purchases for the day.
The Purchase Hold will automatically remove itself after a 48 hour period.
Please wait a full 48 hours before attempting to make a purchase for any Zynga game that you might play.
If you attempt to make a purchase during the 48hr period the system will automatically extend your Purchase Hold by another 48hrs.
If after a full 48 hour period you are still unable to purchase game items, please let us know by using the Email Us option and submitting a ticket to our customer support agents.

Why hasn’t my purchased currency or item(s) been credited to my account?
Depending on our current server load some players may experience a delay when directly purchasing virtual items. Please allow our servers some time to complete the transaction and to credit your items to your account.
The majority of transactions should be completed within a few minutes however in extreme cases it can take up to 24hrs for your items to be awarded.
If it has been more than 24 hours since your purchase and you still have not received your items, please let us know by contacting us using the “Email Us” option above.
For a Credit card purchase:
1. Please contact Support and include the following information.
• Your User ID (UID)
• The Email address that was used to purchase the virtual good or currency.
• Any confirmation/ receipt number that was emailed to you.
• The amount of Game Currency you are missing
For a Paypal Purchase:
1. Send Support an email with the following information..
• Your User ID (UID)
• Transaction ID(s).
• The amount of Game Currency you are missing
How can I change my Shipping address for my purchase?
All of the points, chips, coins and items purchased through our applications are Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods. Therefore, there is no need to change your billing address, as we will not be shipping anything to you.”
