Q: How do I report a problem (technical issues) with my FarmVille account? How do I get support?
A: Zynga’s General Support can be reached here: Zynga FarmVille Support Page. If you would like a more dedicated response, you will have to sign up for a Zynga Support account.
Q: What is the FarmVille Restoration Policy? Can items I purchased with farmville cash be restored if they are accidentally lost?
A: Items purchased with Farm Cash that have been lost due to an in-game error will be restored. For the complete detailed list of items read Zynga’s FarmVille Restoration Policy.
Q: My credit card has unfairly been charged / I did not get the farmville cash that I paid for. How can I resolve this?
A: For any & all Billing questions regarding FarmVille, you may contact Zyga’s Billing Department directly by phone at the number 866-820-2321 or by sending them an email via their Customer Service Website at Zynga Billing Support.
Q: How do I report a bug I found in the game?

Q: How do I take a picture / screenshot of my farm?
A: In order to take a screenshot of your entire farm, aerial view, or zoomed in portion of your farm, first get the desired position of your farm. Next, press your keyboard’s “Print Screen” (PRT SCN) key {Generally located in the top right corner of the keyboard}. You can easily copy and paste this into an editing program if you need to crop and edit the picture. A simple program such as MS [Microsoft] Paint will work for this and will also allow you to save your farm as a picture.
Q: How long is a day in FarmVille?
A: In FarmVille, a day is about 23 hours long.
Q: I see flying coins on my screen! What does it mean?
A: These coins that you’re seeing are a random event for players to win a bonus of 100 coins. This happens while plowing, planting or harvesting. It is completely randomly with any kind of crop. If you are lucky enough to see this event, then you’ll notice you are 100 coins richer!
Q: How do I ensure that I have the latest version of Flash?
A: First, check your Adobe Flash Version by clicking HERE.

Q: How do I get FarmVille Cash, also known as FV$?
A: At this point in time, the only ways to gain more $FV instantly is to buy additional farm cash with a Paypal account or by Credit Card. The surveys and offers have been disabled due to inappropriate/controversial topics.
Q: How long does it take for my crops to wither?
A: Every crop has a unique growing time that is associated with its withering time. A crop will wither if you do not harvest it within the time frame relative to its growing time. To find out each Crop’s Growing / Withering Time go check out each specific seed in the FarmVille Market. Each crop will display the time it takes for it to harvest. This will also be the time it takes for it to wither after it has ripened.
Q: If I can’t restart the game and I deleted all of my crops, how can I play?
A: Add friends to be your neighbor. Click on their names in the neighbors tab and you can do some basic tasks (help/assist) which will earn you experience points and gold coins. Add enough friends and you will have some new crops in no time.
Q: Can I delete plots that I’ve plowed if I don’t like where they are? How?
A: Yes, you can. Click on the red spade shovel in the bottom right corner and use it to delete fields and objects.
Q: What do buildings do?
A: Aside from making your farm look spectacular, you get experience points when purchased. Purchases of buildings also count toward your Architect Achievement Ribbon which will give you experience and gold.
Q: Can I rotate my building(s)?
A: Unfortunately, but quite frankly, no. At this point in time, buildings only face the direction that you see in the market.
Q: What do animals do?
A: You may collect rewards from animals, similar to harvesting trees. They will give you gold coins when they are ready to be collected from.
Q: Why can’t I sell my animals?
A: Once you reach level 7, you may sell your animals.
Q: Does the fruit on my trees rot?
A: At this point in time, the fruit on your trees do not rot. Of course, this may or may not change in the future (like anything else).
Q: Why can’t I sell my trees?
A: Once you’re level 7, you may sell your trees.
Q: Why is my gift box empty when my friend said they sent me a gift?
A: First, go to facebook.com News Feed , and look for a gift notification (usually in the upper right-hand corner). Once you click accept, the gift should appear in your gift box.
Q: Why can’t I send any gifts?
A: Facebook limits the number of notifications that can be sent from your account each day. These notifications include: sending gifts, sdding new neighbors, and asking for assistance when you work on a neighbor’s farm. Facebook adds all of these activities together in your daily allotment of notifications that can be sent. If you have reached your daily limit, you will need to wait 24 hours before resuming any activity.
Q: How do I get 3D fences, hay bales and other objects?
A: This 3D effect is known as the “Stacking” technique and does not actually make your items 3D. It’s just an optical illusion made by specific and careful placing of objects to make them appear as if they were 3D.
Q: How do I delete trees, animals and buildings in Farmville?
A: With your mouse cursor, select the object you wish to delete and choose “sell” from the pop-up menu. You will receive a small compensation of coins when you sell objects from your farm. Remember that you will lost money even if you’re getting that small compensation!
Q: How can I make more money? I’m utterly broke and can’t plow or plant anything!
A: There are multiple ways to make money.
You can add neighbours and help them on their farms for extra coins and experience.
You can ask your neighbours to send you trees or animals as gifts. Within certain periods of time, you will be able to collect gold coins from these or you may choose to just sell them for quick cash.
You may of course go to the “Get more Farm coins” tab and view other options. When your friends complete an accomplishment, they may share if with you so watch your News Feed on facebook to gain bonuses.
Q: How often can I help / assist my neighbors?
A: You may work for each neighbor once each day (every 23 hours). The first twenty neighbors you assist will pay you 20 coins and 5 experience points. Once you have helped 20 friends for the day, you will only receive 5 coins and 1 experience point for helping neighbors.
